Lots of Stuff!

Before I begin, please note the change of my background. What had previously been up was something I had chosen. Something I believed to be a pretty pink and spring-like background full of cute flowers. However, as my observant hubby looked at the blog last night he asked me if he could make a comment on the blog and if he did, would I not get mad at him for whatever comment he said.
I said, "Sure, go ahead".
And he said, "The background looks like pink diarrhea with what appears to be a vomit of flowers on top."
And I said, "Wow, obviously you don't know what cute looks like!"
And he said, "I'm pretty sure I could pick out something cooler than this. Do you care if I change it?"

Well, I decided to entertain him and let him pick something out. Of course he picked out some obnoxious pattern and I refused to put it on the blog. So what you currently see is a funky compromise. Hope it doesn't bring to mind diarrhea or vomit for ya.

ANYWAYS...
There's lots of random stuff going on this week, so get ready for a random post!
The first and most important event is that today is my mom's birthday!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM!
She is such a great person. She's been an incredible strength and help to me, especially since having little Gummy. She's a fantastic mom and "grandpoop"!
When I was pregnant and tons of things were going on that I had to get ready for, she was always there to help or to take Peachy for me. She threw me a fun baby shower even though she had lots going on in her own life. She's so amazing and always thinks of my needs.
I'm very protective of little Peach, but when she's with my mom I'm not worried at all. I know she'll be taken care of the way I want her to be. In fact, Peachy had her 1st night away from home at my parent's house while we were in the hospital for the birth of Gummy. My mom took her for a few days non-stop and I cannot express the relief I felt knowing that Peach was in good hands. I was able to concentrate on the new baby and recovering.

Next, we are just loving our happy Gummy. He is so full of smiles and cute laughs that I just keep taking pics. Enjoy!

I put that last pic in to give an idea of how enormous he is! Seriously. This outfit he's wearing is an 18 month-old size. Oh ya, and he's only about to turn 3 months! HE'S HUGE!

Below we have Miss Peach, who keeps trying to stick her fingers in Gummy's mouth, nose, and ears everytime she thinks I'm not looking. But this time I gottcha Peach!
Yesterday we had AMAZING weather. For the first time since entering the world, Gummy was outside all day without a coat! I LOVE SUN! Below is little Anthony and my brother Mark.
